High grinding efficiency and low operation cost

Because there is no direct contact between the metals in the operation of the coarse powder mill, the abrasion of the grinding body is small, and the abrasion per unit product is generally 5 ~ 10 g / T, so the metal pollution of the product is small. Low cost of construction and investment
The coarse powder mill integrates fine crushing, drying, grinding, powder selection and conveying, without additional drying, powder selection, lifting and other equipment. The dust gas from the mill can be directly collected by high concentration bag dust collector or electric dust collector, with compact layout and can be arranged in the open air. The building area is about 70% of the ball milling system, and the building space is about 50-60% of the ball milling system. Therefore, the process flow of the coarse powder mill is simple, and the occupied area and space are small, which makes the construction cost low.
Environmental protection, low noise, less dust, clean operation environment
There is no direct contact between the grinding roller and the grinding plate in the operation of the coarse powder mill, and there is no metal impact sound of the steel balls colliding with each other and the steel balls colliding with the lining plate in the ball mill, so the noise is low, 20-25 dB lower than that of the ball mill. In addition, the coarse powder mill adopts a fully sealed system, the system operates under negative pressure, no dust, and the environment is clean.
Equipment drying capacity, grinding materials widely
The coarse powder mill adopts hot air to transport materials. When grinding materials with large moisture content, the inlet air temperature can be controlled to make the products reach the required final moisture content. It can be used to dry materials with 15% moisture in the coarse powder mill, and has a wide range of applications. Even if it is dry ball milling, it can only dry the material with 3-4% moisture.
Easy to operate and maintain
Equipped with rare lubrication station, the roller bearing adopts concentrated circulating lubrication of thin oil to ensure that the bearing works under the conditions of low temperature and pure oil quality, so as to prolong the service life and ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the equipment operation system. Equipped with automatic control device, it can realize remote control and easy operation. It is equipped with a limiting mechanism to prevent the direct contact between the roller sleeve and the lining plate of the grinding plate, so as to avoid the destructive and violent vibration caused by the friction and collision between the metals and increase the safety.
Stable product quality and the particle size distribution
The residence time of the material in the coarse powder mill is only 2-3 minutes, while that in the ball mill is 15-20 minutes. Therefore, the chemical composition and fineness of the product can be determined and corrected quickly, and the quality is stable.
Coarse Powder Mill mainly consists of frame, rotor, support iron and grate bars. The frame is divides into two parts: upper part and low part, which are welded by steel plates after being cut. Liners made of high manganese steels within the frame can be replaced after being worn out. The rotors consist of turnplates, pin shafts, and hammers which are grouped regularly in the main shaft. The main unit drives the main shaft through the motor and triangle belts, which, in turn, rotates the rollers. Large materials entering the crusher through the feed inlet are firstly crushed by the high-speed hammers, and the thrown fiercely to the support iron for further crushing. Qualified materials crushed will be screened out and exit from the gap of the grate bars while the unqualified will be left in the crushing cavity to be further hammered and ground until reach the standard size. The size of the final product can be adjusted by changing the grate bars. The gap between the rotors and the grate bars can also be adjusted according to different requirement. To avoid the plugging of the crusher, the proportion of water for the crushing material is no more than 20%.
