Working Principle:

Gold Centrifugal Concentrator is composed by the pipe, track, tailing motor,vertical axis and mineral processing components with other components.The ore-forming parts are divided into inner and outer layers.the inner layer is a conical cone made of stainless steel and has many small holes with the a ring grid.the outer layer made of ordinary steel form a closed water jacket with the inner.

The transmission shaft is a hollow, the pressure water is transported to the closed jacket though the hollow shaft. The water jet is continuously injected from the inner hole to form the reverse flushing water, and the reverse flushing pressure position is arranged in the sorting process. 0.03-0.06MPa

The mineral particles after grinding and sieving will be feed to the pipe through upper center in slurry form. The miner in the feeding dressing part is effected by the centrifugal force of high-speed rotation will upward along the cone. The light minerals From the upper periphery of the cone is discharged into the tailings tank and then exhaust from the outlet of tailings.
